Travel 
The group will leave the Santiago airport at about 9:00 a.m. on the morning of September 3, Saturday. This works with flights arriving into Santiago about 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. or before. The group generally schedules departures from the Santiago airport about 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday Sept. 11

Deposits and Cancellation Policy



We require a deposit of $1,000 per person when the reservation is confirmed. An additional payment to bring your payment to date to 55% of the total value of your stay and Camp is due on 4-24-11. The balance is to be paid on 7-15-11. Reservations that do not fulfill these requirements could be canceled. 



All cancellations must be in writing. 



If the reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to the reserved date of arrival the deposit will be returned in full less a service charge equivalent to 15% of the value of the deposit for the trip as originally booked. 



If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days ( 8-4-11) but less than 60 days (7-5-11) before the reserved date of arrival, the deposit will be returned less 55% of the value of the deposit. 



If the reservation is canceled or postponed less than 30 days (8-4-11) prior to the reserved date of arrival, all payments will not be refunded. 



Bills for extra charges at the hotel are presented at the hotel are presented in Chilean pesos at the official exchange rate. Prices may be subject to change. Our rates do not include the 19% Value Added Tax (known as IVA), however, guests who are not residents of Chile do not pay IVA if they pay their hotel account in dollars or with a dollar credit card. 



Room and extra charges are non-refundable once a guest is at Portillo.
